Nina Dobrev - 1989


Nina Dobrev was born in Bulgaria , in Sofia, the daughter of an artist, Michaela Konstantinova, and a computer scientist, Konstantin Dobrev  . He has an older brother, Aleksander.  Two years after his birth, the family moved to Canada in the city of Toronto , where he remained until the beginning of their career. From a young age, he showed great enthusiasm for dance , theater , music , visual arts , and acting .  He practiced rhythmic gymnastics and aesthetic gymnastics with the Canadian Aesthetic Gymnastics team Bayview (Toronto)  from the age of nine years, traveling around Europe to participate in competitions.  For his artistic inclination, he attended drama school Dean Armstrong , where he was noticed by many agencies as a talent scout in Toronto.  Nina Dobrev attended JB Tyrrell Sr. Public School and Wexford Collegiate School for the Artsin Scarborough until his graduation. Later he entered at Ryerson University in Toronto, to specialize in sociology , before abandoning it in 2008 to pursue her acting career. He is fluent in English , French and Bulgarian .
On the night of August 22, 2009, Nina Dobrev, colleagues Candice Accola , Kayla Ewell , Sara Canning , Krystal Vayda and photographer Tyler Shields was arrested on a bridge of Interstate 75 in Forsyth ( Georgia ), during a promotional photo shoot for The Vampire Diaries, after a report by motorists blinded by the flash, which complained about the presence of some girls hanging on either side of the bridge. The six were taken to the sheriff's office and charged with disorderly conduct. 
He began to support the association Free The Children in 2006 , when he went to Kenya with the cast of Degrassi: The Next Generation to participate in the construction of a school.  In September 2011, h presented the We Day, organized by Free The Children along with Joe Jonas .  The actress also designed a t-shirt  with Me to We Style, which gives 50% of its profits to Free the Children.
